Seribu Islands Tighten Security Level

Seribu Islands assigned on alert 1 status on law area of Seribu Islands related to Christmas and New Year's Eve security.

As many as 260 police personnel were deployed and will be divided to security post of service and security in Seribu Islands

Chief of Seribu Islands Resort Police, AKBP John Weynart said that his side has alerted 1,000 joint personnel which comprises of police, military, and satpol pp personnel and Seribu Island Transportation Sub Department.

"As many as 260 police personnel were deployed and will be divided to security post of service and security in Seribu Islands," he stated, Thursday (12/24).

He conveyed will add more double personnel to be assigned in the existing security post.

Previously informed, Muster Operations of Lilin Jaya carried out on Wednesday (12/23) yesterday at Resort Police of Seribu Islands. Integrated post will be established in the islands that predicted to soar by visitors.
